Bride Wore Chic Feathered Gloves Down The Aisle At Her Traditional Wedding in Houston

When Kaleigh first locked eyes with Stefan from across the room at a steakhouse in Houston, she knew she had just met someone special. “I never really believed in that saying ‘love at first sight’ until that moment,” shares the bride. The pair spent their first date cooking together, which Kaleigh notes fondly, “Safe to say food is the way to both our hearts, and the rest is history!”

For Kaleigh’s 26th birthday, Stefan planned a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After a romantic private dinner on the beach, Stefan asked a couple to take photos of them at sunset. Kaleigh had an inkling that this could be the moment. Sure enough, after the photo shoot, Stefan proposed, and the couple who took the photos got it all on video.

On October 1, 2022, Kaleigh and Stefan had a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony in Houston. Kaleigh looked radiant in a gorgeous Rita Vinieris gown with chic feathered gloves. The bride says, “Deciding not to have a first look made that highly anticipated moment when you finally see your partner down the aisle all the more special!”

The reception was held at the elegant Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa ballroom, beautifully decorated by Plants N’ Petals with gold accents, verdant greenery and white blooms. The couple cut into a simple 4-tier white cake by Susie’s Cakes before heading outside for romantic photos under the hotel’s famous lit oak tree. Brit Floyd Weddings even captured a private last dance between the newlyweds to end the magical night.
