Weddings in Houston: What is the best piece of advice for other couples?
Amy: “Once you make a decision, i.e., vendor, wedding decor, favors, food, colors, etc., MOVE ON! Do not rethink, reconsider or spend valuable time trying to find more or better options.”
Second-guessing your choices can lead to stress, which is something that every couple should strive to avoid during their wedding planning. WIH: If you had to do it all over, what would you do differently?
Amy: “I would not try to get creative with the wording about dress or attire. Brides may be tempted to add something catchy or clever, but this is important, and should be simple and clear for guests.”

If you expect black-tie attire for your grand wedding celebration, just say it. What was most important to you when planning your wedding?
Amy: “1. Hiring the best and most experienced photographer and videographer. You can cut back in other areas but not these. People will forget the fancy extras, but your photos and videos last forever and cannot be recaptured. 2. Making sure we had a great wedding planner.”
