In a twist of fate, Ayesha and Daniel path’s crossed multiple times before finally matching on a popular dating app. Ayesha says, “We were just at the right place at the right time, both at the moment and in our lives. It was simply destiny.”<\/p>\n

Unable to contain his excitement, Daniel proposed to Ayesha earlier than planned, just five days before Christmas. Ayesha says, “He brought out a giant box and set it down in front of me, recording all the while. Inside was a painting from Leonid Afremov, the subject: a couple in a white dress and tuxedo. Beneath the painting was a much smaller box containing a question and a promise: an engagement ring!”<\/p>\n

The couple exchanged vows privately during a sweet first look on November 7, 2021, followed by an alfresco autumn wedding ceremony set against the backdrop of the Austin hill country. The ceremony site was beautifully decorated with floral arrangements in shades of orange, peach, and sand by Malleret Designs<\/a>. The couple’s beloved pups also joined the celebration, looking dapper as they walked down the aisle.<\/p>\n

The evening continued with an outdoor reception under twinkling lights. The couple included meaningful details in their reception, from honeycombs as a nod to their Bumble beginnings to red strings symbolizing the fate that brought them together. They even incorporated a unique touch from their favorite TV show, How I Met Your Mother. The bride says, “After a private karaoke session and dance, we walked out of our wedding day and into the rest of our lives together, holding a yellow umbrella.”<\/p>\n
