Juliana and Wadie’s lifelong bond began when they met at a church camp. Although they had known each other since they were 9 years old, these childhood friends didn’t start dating until 2019. They maintained a long-distance relationship between California and Houston.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While walking on a chilly March day, Wadie popped the question to Juliana. After a romantic lunch, they returned home to find their families, who surprised them with a celebration.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On September 23, 2023, Juliana walked down the aisle in a dazzling ball gown, passing white blooms dotting each pew. The couple exchanged vows during a traditional church service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Their glamorous ballroom reception at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston<\/a> featured a color scheme of blush, gold and white. Sophisticated stationery by Bering’s<\/a> set the tone while exquisite decor dotted the reception tables. Bountiful floral centerpieces with hints of glitz adorned the reception tables, tying the whole look together beautifully.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The festivities continued when the lifelong friends used a sword to cut into their breathtaking 8-tier cake, adorned with florals, by Cakes by Gina<\/a>. Sparklers were lit behind Juliana and Wadie as they shared a romantic dance, creating a fairytale moment for the newlyweds.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
